Find your BDO game folder on your pc and leave that open.
(In another file browser tab) Find you 'your steam folder/steamapps/common' folder. Usually this is just located in your steam folder and then go to 'steamapps' and then to 'common'. The reason why you wanna go to that folder is that all your steam games get saved there.
Move your whole 'Black Desert Online' folder (dont select each file in the folder, just move the whole folder) from his original place into your 'your steam folder/steamapps/common' folder.
Go to your steam library and click 'Install' and just go with the already selected install settings.
Steam should now search for already exsisting data (this can take some time, dont worry) and then it'll reserve data space. After that just let steam download the rest of the necessary files. (for me this was 11gb)
